Introduction

No-Bake Ferrero Rochers

These are a guilt-free fun snack and has far less sugar than regular store-bought Ferrero Rocher chocolates. I used to binge eat the chocolates but didn’t love how sugary sweet it was after a while. These no-bake balls are a nutritious alternative and great after a workout or as a gift!

No Bake Ball Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Meraki Japan

Ingredients

FERRERO ROCHER BALL

  • Almond flour, blanched, 1 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup
  • Roasted hazelnuts, 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup, 4 tbsp.
  • Almond butter, 1/4 cup

TOPPING

  • Cashew nuts
      Blend cashew nuts until they’re in small pieces (not too powdery) then set aside.
      Blend all other ingredients in a food processor. The consistency will be a bit like sticky play doh.
      Scoop a spoonful and form a ball, then roll it in the cashews (the cashews are the topping).
      One batch makes around 13-14 balls!
      Refrigerate for an hour or longer, and enjoy!
