Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! I’ve been thinking up healthy 0-refined sugar desserts for you all! Speaking of cutting sugar, because I made a concerted effort to avoid processed sugar over the past year, I haven’t had my annual hay fever allergies that always seems to hit me during this time! Healthy eating works!
For now I’ve been really into breakfast smoothie bowls (always a treat for the hubby and me!) and I’m curious – what do all of you put inside your smoothie bowl? 

Breakfast Smoothie Bowl Meraki Japan

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Silken tofu, 1 small block
  • Maple syrup, 1-2 tbsp.
  • Ice (optional)

 TOPPING

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Apples
  • Almond butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Cocoa powder
  • Shredded coconut
      Blend and top with more blueberries, strawberries, bananas, apples, a spoonful of almond butter, a dash of cinnamon and cocoa, and shredded coconut!
