Lemon Garlic Fava Beans

💛 Another great and simple way to eat Fava beans that are in season 😍 SautĂ© with olive oil, garlic and some salt until beans are lightly browned, then squeeze lemon, top with dill and spring onions and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Soramame (fava beans), 1 cup
  • Garlic, 1 clove
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chopped green onions
  • Dill
  • Lemon
Prepare your fava (soramame) beans – here are instructions on how to prep them.
Over medium heat, saute minced garlic with olive oil until slightly browned, then add your fava beans and a dash of salt. Saute until your beans are slightly browned.
Remove from heat then squeeze fresh lemon juice, add chopped dill and green onions, and serve!
