Introduction
Gluten-free Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- Almond flour, ¼ cup
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon, ¼ tsp.
- Cloves, ¼ tsp.
- Maple syrup, 2 tbsp.
- Melted coconut oil, 1 tsp.
- Egg, 1
- Berries and mint leaves for topping
Mix all ingredients (except berries and mint leaves) in a mug cup. Make sure to mix well as the almond flour tends to clump at the bottom.
Microwave at 800W for 2 min. 30 sec.
Top with berries and mint leaves and enjoy warm!
