Introduction
Gluten-free Apple Ginger Granola
Ingredients
- Gluten-free rolled oats, 1/2 cup
- Chopped nuts, 1/2 cup
- Coconut flakes, 1/4 cup
- Maple syrup, 2 tbsp.
- Melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp.
- Chopped apples, 1/4 cut
- Chopped ginger, a handful
- Chopped dates, a handful
- Cinnamon, a dash (or several!)
- Salt, a dash (optional)
Preheat your oven to 170C.
Chop up apples and ginger into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet then bake for 30 min. Keep an eye out for it so that it doesn’t burn!
Let it cool and dry for about 20~30 min. then store in a jar.
