Low-Carb Garlic Fried Cauliflower Rice
I was inspired to make this after talking with my best friend who had been serving cauliflower rice for a family member with diabetes. Cauliflower rice is full of antioxidants like vitamin A and vitamin C which remove free radical particles from your body that damage cells. It’s a good source of dietary fiber and also said to lower blood pressure. Sold already?
