Immune-Boosting Breakfast Juice
I’ll be honest: this juice definitely has a very “healthy” taste to it, but if you enjoy the bright flavors of fresh celery, apples, ginger and turmeric, this juice is for you! It has just the right amount of spice that’s perfect after a morning run or when you’re trying to properly wake up and be ready for the day during muggy rainy season.
Ingredients
- Celery, 2 stalks
- Apple, 1/2, diced
- Carrot, whole or 1/2, diced
- Turmeric, 1 inch, diced
- Ginger, 1 inch, diced
- Honey, 1 tsp
Blend, add a dash of cinnamon and ground black pepper (this will help your body absorb the curcumin in the turmeric – all the good stuff).
I like to drink it with the pulp instead of straining it for more benefits!
