Gluten-Free Crackers

I was inspired to make this after visiting a friend’s house in New Zealand and seeing her make crackers for dips super quickly – I always thought crackers were something you buy so I never thought of making them myself!
After coming back, I figured that a gluten-free version would be super easy and sure enough, it was! Pairs excellently with cold dips or my ceviche recipe which you can check out here.

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free all-purpose flour, 1 cup
  • Water, 1/4 cup 
  • Olive oil, 2 tbsp. 
  • Sea salt, 1 tsp. 
  • Rosemary, optional
Preheat your oven to 200C.
Mix your ingredients. I love adding the rosemary as it makes your regular crackers just a bit fancier! If it’s too dry, add more water. 
Roll out on a baking sheet and flatten out the dough evenly. The consistency shouldn’t be too sticky. 
Slice into bite-sized squares. 
Bake for 20 minutes.
